Intelli announces a strategic partnership with Quest group one of the largest groups of companies in Greece, with a strong presence in the fields of Information Technology, Electronic Transactions, Green Energy and courier & postal services.

The strategic partnership includes the following:

• Uni Systems MAE (100% subsidiary of the Quest Group), acquires a 60% stake in Intelli Solutions
• Fully supports the business plan of Intelli’s Management team
• The goal of this strategic cooperation is to generate and provide added value targeting both the Greek and mainly the European market.
