The announcement of the strategic partnership between IntelliSolutions SA and eGain Communications, a leading company in the sector of solutions for contact centers, knowledge management systems and generally systems for customer services. In the frame of the agreement, IntelliSolutions is fixed the official distributor of eGain for the Greek and Cypriot market.
