New Digital OnBoarding service for Piraeus Bank

Piraeus Bank launched the new Digital OnBoarding service, which was entirely developed on the leading idbox™ platform of Intelli Solutions S.A.

Intelli provided – in addition to the integrated Identity and Document Verification cloud service – its specialized Software Development Kits (SDK’s) in Native Android and iOS technologies, which were fully integrated into the Bank’s winbank mobile app. In that way, a new fully digital experience is now available to all Piraeus Bank new customers. The overall solution fully covers the requirements of the Bank of Greece and the relevant regulatory requirements on “Remote Identification of Natural Persons”.

New potential customers of the Bank must be individuals, over 18 years old, have TaxisNET codes and be liable for tax in Greece. After the successful launch of the service, the next steps of the collaboration are already being planned for subsequent Customer Journeys and use of the remaining capabilities offered by Intelli’s idbox™ Digital Onboarding platform.
