New Process for Leader Banking Institution in Greece

Intelli is pleased to announce a new collaboration with Alpha Bank Greece regarding the outsourced processing of all withdrawals, deposits and customer interaction documentation that take place by cashiers, named PTAs. The same category was processed by Intelli at Citibank’s Back Office Outsourcing project. Alpha Bank decides to continue and expand the specific project after Citibank absorption. In any case, old Citibank documentation has been continuously processed by Intelli since 30/9/2014, when Alpha Bank was officially took over with Citibank’s retail customers.
