Expansion of BPO services in Serbian Bank

Intelli doo Beograd initiates a new project for Alpha Bank Serbia. The new project is a Business Process Outsourced service for incoming letters that did not reach their destination. The business need was the customers false addresses and reaching points. Intelli offered the Data extraction module of SynChordia Back-Office Pro in order to assemble all errors in one database and offered Alpha Bank Serbia an easier and integrated solution.
